The real hurdles often came from less visible challenges—navigating office politics, gaining recognition in environments where men dominated leadership roles, and figuring out how to advocate for myself without losing my authenticity. Alongside these, the constant push to balance professional growth with personal values, while trying to find mentors or sponsors, added layers of complexity.

That’s when I decided to get certified as a professional coach.
